Bottle treatment
Flame treatment is a surface‑preparation process used to help ink adhere properly during printing. A controlled flame passes quickly over the container, removing invisible oils, residues, and impurities while increasing the surface energy. This creates a cleaner, more receptive surface for the ink.
Some containers naturally need this extra step because their surfaces don’t allow ink to bond well on their own. This includes certain plastics like HDPE, LDPE, and polypropylene, which have low surface tension, as well as some glass containers that may have oils or coatings from the manufacturing process.
We print on cylindrical, oval and square containers
Our facility is equipped to print on nearly all types of plastic and glass containers, including jars, lids, cosmetic packaging, and cylindrical or oval bottles. Whether you need printing on small containers or larger pieces, our technology and expertise ensure clean, precise, and durable results.
In-house color matching
Whether your project requires one color or multiple colors, we offer in‑house color matching using the Pantone Matching System (PMS). We use high‑quality inks to ensure consistency and durability, and we prepare a color sample for your approval before production. If a specific shade cannot be matched in‑house, we order the exact color directly from the manufacturer to guarantee accuracy.
